Returns

Please note we only accept returns if the item is damaged or wrong as a result of our error.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may return damaged or wrong items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that we will not be able to refund any shipping costs.

Items should be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Items must be unused, unwashed and free from any odors.

Damaged Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the product and packaging.

All damaged items will be assessed based on the type and extent of the damage. As a small business, we can only issue refunds for significant damages. Issues such as loose threads, small imperfections or differences in fit preference, fabric feel and colour tone due to lighting/screens do not qualify for returns.

Significant damages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Upon approval, all returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Damaged items due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping

Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service within 7 days of approval.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10–14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for you to receive the refund amount to your account.


Exchanges
